The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Breakfast was well-stocked and the bar and cafe on ground floor looked tidy and comfy. Room (twin) was clean and spacious, and had what I needed. Very well noise-insulated room, I did not hear a peep from outside. A great location in the heart of the city and 5 minute’s walk from the train station and the bus stop for the Finnair bus to the airport which is the best way to travel to it.

Helpful and friendly stuff, bar in hotel is cool, great city center location. There is an internet access and computers with printers for the guest's use... Breakfast, room is meant for busy travelers with electronic gadgets, iron machine (exceptional in European hotels), location in downtown near everything. Location was great. Used to be our favorite years ago when travelled with family but didnt book this hotel for years after a very very bad experience year 2007 . Decided to give it another chance after six years break . Average standard , no frills but a good summer promotion . The room was cleaned in a poorly manner during our stay , could hardly see if the bed was made or not. The hotel is close to the centre of the city, rooms are pretty comfortable, TV has HD channels. Hotel is in a very central place. Easy to access everywhere. friendly staff/breakfast ok. Location. Iron board is too small and not convenient to use. vomit in the toilet on the 1st floor (that's near the reception). You can not turn off the aircondition. Room was cold and I couldn't turn the aircondition off. room ok but not clean/poor tv programs/battle for breakfast: too small breakfast room. Nothing. this hotel has not own parking. they proposed parking in the shop-center forum with discount (32 euros for day) but did not say it about it.
