Location is perfect if you're taking an early morning flight, just a few minutes walk to departure hall(s). Modern look and clean, friendly staff. Great location for an overnight stay at the airport. This hotel is located in basement of Helsinki airport, it is quite convenient for overnight stay at the airport. Room was quite expensive considering that there was no window and not too much space (at least not with a baby cot). If you stay in an airport hotel 2-3 kilometers away from the terminal you'll get a bigger room for a much lesser price. The room smelled of exhaust gases 223 from ventiyatsii, windows not, can not ventilate. The smell was not all the time, but at times felt very strongly. Obvious defects ventilation system. Woke up with a sore head. A feeling of being confined due to small rooms and no windows. No tea or coffee provided in the room. I think that price is a bit too high. E.G. u can get room in Hilton airport for 20 eur more. walls between rooms are too thin, so you can hear sound in neighbour room. Breakfast is served only up to 10:30 am. expencive. Nothing. A lot of people arrived during the night, you can hear all of them (it seems that there is no isolation). And somebody tried to enter in our room at night becouse the door of the next room (between our rooms) wasn't locked!!!!! I even saw this person, he was frightened too. The hotel personnel shame!! It's a real mess!. no hot food available in evening anywhere nearby (apart from a hot dog stand). It was quite noisy. Really crumped and small. Not too welcoming due windowless rooms. The noise all night coming from the airport; Size of room and bathroom. Very small room in a cellar with no windows. No restaurant and the only nearby facility is the self service restaurant next door which closes at 8 p.m. Breakfast is at the same place by voucher. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Extremely expensive for such facilities. No warm water from shower. The facility is really poor, and the price is extremely high. If you are not in a hurry, there are many other choices around Helsinki airport at much lower price. The hotel is actually located in the basement of the airport and there is no window in the room. No restaurant. Strange and claustrophobic.
