  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

I work for East Coast trains in the UK. We pride - The location of the hotel was excellent, just a mere 2 minute walk from Bruxelles Midi which gave easy access to the railway trains and metro. By metro, we could reach the city centre easily within 10 minutes. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a luxurious and highly enjoyable stay. There was also a kettle and LCD TV in the room. We also enjoyed using the toiletries provided by the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors travelling to Brussels.
