Breakfast was not included. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive. I also had to request an ironing board twice before receiving it, and when I did receive it - had an iron only - no board. THis made me v late for my meeting - there was no apology from the hotel or even an acknowledgement of the problem. In need of refurbishment and maintenance; basic furniture, such as chest of drawers, missing; ridiculous WiFi arrangement -- all of which could be forgiven if they priced themselves at least half of what they do now.room was dirty , hotel is old and not four star quality. Lift is slow. Check-out took 15 minutes. Remote control for tv did notwork. Room key did not work on second day.They had not got me booked in but did manage to give me a room once Ishowed them the letsbookhotel.com confirmation. the staff at reception behaved horribly - even not able to answer greeting, when asked about something to help, they showed how difficult it is for them, it included all the personnel during my stay (a sort of hotel policy?). the reception didn't give a good service, not helpfull. ventilation very noisy. definitely, it does not deserve the 4 stars. The receptionist was incredibly rude to all the guests who were dealimg with him! I hqve never seen qnything like this in any Holiday Inn hotel. My Priority Club number given to you in the "comments" field could not be found by the receptionist. Some of the staff were arrogant and unhelpful; there is only 1 receptionist on duty, which means long waiting time for check-out; there is only 1 very slow elevator, meaning more waiting times; continued problems with the key card that did not work; the safe refused to open when punching the code; the breakfast at EUR 21 is a ripp-off; hotel far too expensive for its standard (normal rate €450). everything in the room reeked of tobacco smoke.
