Room was new, clean and spacious. there was kitchen, although we did not need. but it was good. Location is superb. There is a lot of parking space. Breakfast was very nice and had more variety then other hotels. that there are possibilities to make a hot drink in the room. Helpful and kind staff, excelent breakfast possibility. This is not your average hotel, you get your own apartment with cooker/fridge, dining table, as well as all the things you'd expect from a good quality hotel room. Air-conditioner too weak; lack of promised troser press. negative is that i have pay 98 euro per night and i should stay one night more you did not give to me for the same price and internet shouldbe included in price of hosting ,not to pay alone this is not good for you . The room was excessively warm - ideal for a lizard - but cooled when I turned off the radiators. Also the alarm on the lift doors could be heard as the room was next to the lift. Sound proof. There was some noise from the street and the metro that was passing under the hotel. The refregerator from time to time was making the room trembling like a small earthquake. We found some old blood stains on the bed cover the first day.Air con was a portable unit that needed venting through an open window. Rather cheap....... bit too warm. Nothing has been renewed since the '80s - Style and energy efficiencycould have been a lot better. Shower was not the best.AC blowing hot air back in room, not outside. no tea or coffee in the room like other hotels do. The shower did not work very well. At the breakfast there was sometimes food already gone bad. water was not always hot enough, expensive parking around the hotel, rooms a bit dated. The staff was not overly helpful, and if you came late to the breakfast, it was terible. Not enough parking space.cold room without heating. I asked for a nice near by restaurant suggestion and the recommended Italian restaurant served me canned Tortellini with canned tomato sauce! Please do take out that restaurant from your recomendation list!. A bit characterless. I last stayed there about ten years ago and you get the impression that nothing has changed at all. Portable airconditioner only - so bad in summer - as the ducting requires the window to be open. Very hot room. Air conditioner inadequate. Also management could not give us a double bed - although previously requested.the room was quite noisy, the quality of the room was poor, the fitness room was ridiculous.
