I totally recommend this hotel! It is about a few minutes from the train station Bruxelles Central and it's next to all the shopping streets. The room itself was also great: very clean and enough space. I was also impressed by the bathroom: clean and shining white ^^ Also, the hotel staff were so kind and helpful. And the best about this: only paid 69eur for a night:we were 2, so 34,50eur for 1.

Unclear directions from train station to the hotel.It's not something I didn't like... it's more a matter of preference.. I have only 2 comments: the pillow is thin and the space inside the bath to take a shower is not very big (specially for tall people like me). noise from the street. wireless at 15 euros. a bed was not stable (a broken leg maybe). They however gave me another, more comfortable room.No free wi-fi. our fridge was not working. Breakfast was disappointing, Staff seemed more interested in setting up tables than restocking the buffett. Not a lot of choice.It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the walls were too thin !!. I could not use the safebox. The room had a much to small warderobe. It was impossible to close the warderobe door when I used the hangers.Hotel sign does not stand out. It took 30 minutes and three trips back and forth to find out the location. It was not a 4* hotel, maybe 3*. The reception staff was very helpful but not very kind. Breakfast is low quality for such price. It could be some misunderstandings. [1] Now Hotel has another name! [2] Of course it is not 4 stars hotel, at least 3.The hotel name is confusing. It states Grand Place instead of Hotel Centrale. We failed to locate the hotel even when we walked pass it. Room was on first floor which can mean traffic noise, this is however to be expected when you are almost above the Central Train Station. WiFi was said to be available at an hourly rate however upon arrival this was only available for a minimum period of 1 day - not great when you're only in the hotel for a few hours.
