Rooms were spacious, nicely appointed, updated and very clean. There was a refrigerator in the room. The pool is very nice (hot tub also) and is surrounded by an attractive patio area; it stays open quite late. There are a lot of meeting facilities that are reasonably priced. The staff always accessible, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks and three decent restaurants on site.

The roof top was awesome, good views of the area and you could see the hollywood sign. The pool is not a huge pool but its very nice and modern. We liked that it was only a 5 min walk to Universal Studios. The Concierge services were quite helpful and organized a tour for us with Lala Land tours which dropped us off at the airport straight after our tour, which was very convenient. Their 24hr room service was also great, since we only checked in at midnight. -
