The staff was amazing! There was not a single person we dealt with that was not friendly, knowledgable and quick to assist. Everyone went above and beyond. We were on the 7th floor and we called one night to get an extra blanket and literally as soon as we hung up the phone there was a knock on the door...not only did they bring us the blanket, but also an extra comforter and pillow. We asked for Orange Juice one morning, and every morning there after the waiter brought us orange juice, without.
all reviews » The staff. Everyone and I mean everyone was so friendly all of the time. Every time we came or left we were greeted. It was also centrally located to the things we wanted to do (at least most of them) Breakfast menu was fabulous, so many items to choose from, and chef to cook eggs to your specifications was a great touch, nice to have the with room price. Convenient to 3rd St Promenade and Santa Monica Place. Loved the Pronto Cafe in the lobby for an early Starbucks!!! Being on East Coast time, I was up at 6 a.m. Very friendly staff, they were all amazing! Easy walk to everything, including the Pier. First rate accomodations. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily. No street noise being on the 6th floor. The location was pretty good, not far of a walk (a few blocks) from shops and restaurants and also the pier. Hotel restraunt was pretty pricey and didn't offer a lot of variety for evening meals. Nothing...it was great!. If there was one thing that I didn't, care for, it was that one team member took shortcuts in their work. I won't mention which department, because I want no one to be punished. I can only ask that all work be performed, at all times. It is very important that you support and honor your team mates. The restaurant/ bar closed at 23.00. Valet parking a was a little expensive but dont let that put you off just use the high rise car park across the street only 5 dollars per day. price of the parking. Paying $32 a night for valet parking plus tips....so if you do book this add this costtothequote you received. Fog every morning so the sun didn't come forward before about 1.pm also sometimes later . To less sunbeds on the roof at the hotel. valet parking was $32 p/day, which we hadn't allowed for. The front desk was courteous but seemed a bit prejudiced towards us as we are not a rich looking family- were much more helpful towards the more wealthy looking people. I also didnt appreciate the housekeeping staff knocking on our door at 7 am and asking if we were checking out soon!. nothing!. Nothing I can think of. None Question # 2 is confusing!!. The continental breakfast choice could have been better for a hotel of this rating. immediate surroundings were ok no views. nothing - it was great. The price wasn't awesome but then you are a stones throw away from the beach, so what can you expect. The gift shoppe and the coffee shop...both were disappointing experiences. No drink water complementary. Felt expensive, but that is probably the exchange rate as much as anything. Nothing not to like!. Parking Price! 32 US$ per night plus tips... We are talking that to park is mor expensive than to rent your car!!!. Glad there was $5 parking across the street for our family to use when they stopped by because the parking rates at hotel are very high. Location was a little further from tourist sites than expected but within walking distance. nothing. N/A. Gas Shell at the pool. Very poor wireless internet connection.Even after help from technical support staff,we had a constant struggle even to send an e mail.I could consequently not do remote connection work that I planned on doing from the comfort of my room . kitchen could be better stocked with a kettle and toaster, so you could make breakfast in the room.
