The flat was great, spacious well equipped (although no microwave). The
location is near the central station.
Location and size of the apartment. It was clean.
Beautiful apartment.
The agency is not very flexible regarding the checking. We informed we
would be arriving later than 9pm and had to pay 60 euros to get the keys
from the airport.
As for check out the keys have to be returned at 10 AM with no late check out possible. all reviews »

Please note that Vision Apartments has no reception in the building. The check in takes place at Vision Apartments’ office, at Steinmühleplatz, 8001 Zurich. From Zurich Main Train Station it is reachable within an 8-minute walk or by trams 6, 7, 11, 13 and 17. Get off at the Rennweg stop and head towards the Jelmoli Shopping Centre. Office hours are Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00. Guests arriving outside office hours are kindly asked to contact Vision Apartments in advance to arrange a check-in time and place. The guests can gather keys at a key box in front of the office free of charge or for an additional cost at the airport, upon prior request.
Damage Deposit:
Please note that Vision Apartments requires a damage deposit. For bookings up to 14 nights it is CHF 500 and for bookings longer than 14 nights it is CHF 1500. It will be pre-authorized (blocked) on your credit card on the day of booking or later. It will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Depending on your bank, it may take 2 to 4 weeks until this amount is available again on your credit card.
Cleaning:
For stays longer than 6 nights, a change of towels and waste disposal is included in the price.
Access:
Access to the apartment can be requested without prior notice from Monday till Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 for the following:
• weekly cleanings and repairs by a technician
• viewing appointments with potential clients
Please note that the pictures are for guidance only. The property will be going through renovation works from Mon 09 Nov 2015 until Thurs 31 Dec 2015. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.
