Friendly competent young staff. Spotless room with soundproof windows ensuring a sound sleep. Lively location with plenty of people watching opportunities. Close to supermarket, cafes and 24 hr deli. 12 o clock check out was great and they let us check in early to our room as we had requested. Friendly staff, very helpful.We found there was a lot of noise coming from the street at night, but this is not the fault of the hotel, I simply did not research the district enough before hand. We were able to move to a quieter room. Full marks to the staff.
all reviews » I had booked a triple room for my friends and I. When we went for the check in we were told that following an issue with the room, we had been upgraded. We got a double room and a standard room for 1 person for the same price which was a nice surprise!. Eventhough is a bit far from train but there's direct bus no:31(4bus stop) to reach. We like the cleanliness this hotel..surrounded wth many bars,there's abit of noise at nite but dont worry,closed yr windows propperly..all done....cheers.. Very helpful staff who do not leave you alone with any problem. Location is well connected with the city center and not to far to reach the center on feet. If you like minimalistic aesthetic you will find the hotel's design is very cool. Location. Friendly staff. The cool lady at the reception told us about a local fair and fire works. So we went to watch it in the evening and really enjoyed it. Good location, easy to find from main train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly during my short stay (1 night). Noise of music till 4am, drunks and drags people. If you stay in the rooms which are close to the street, it will be quite noisy. People are singing karaoke during the night in the pub just next to hotel. Remember to bring your ear plugs... No air-conditioning in hotel. If a window in your room looks at the noisy street you may use only desk fan to improve conditions. the lift and bathroom were very small. The neighborhood; The breakfast was to expensive for what they offer;. Absolutely no decoration in the room. It felt like a prison cell. It's a pain to get your luggage upstairs. Room too hot (bedding hot, no options for lighter blanket), fairly seedy neighbourhood. neigborhood not good for business purpose. outside is too much noisy. I couldn't slept at 4th floor. All area has night club, disco etc. breakfast. the water pipe is dirty when the first day we check in. the lift is not directly reach the room must go down the next floor. Surprisingly, the room doesn't have refrigerator! And phone! It was very strange hotel. The room was very small for 3 people. It was surrounded by many cheap bars and sex clubs and so there was too much noise during night. Location was in a sketchy neighborhood 1 km or more from any attractions or the train station. Room decor was very institutional, one color top to bottom and floor = all grey. No decorations. Dreary. It was extremely noisy during the night. The room was very small had fridge or closet. Not recommended. Red district is not for a family with kids???!!!!. Wrong advertisement.It's 30-45 minutes walk and the area is noisy as clubs are nearby. Lifts are kind of weird as you still have to carry your luggage a few plights up or down. Hot, no ac. no air con noisy street outside. There is no air conditioner in the room and we had to ventilate by keeping the window open. However, the street outside was extremely noise and we could not sleep well at night. but location is still poor because the street is full of drunk peoply and garbage. At night very noisy, no air conditioning, bathroom's extremely small and not exactly cleen, wifi is very slow. Breakfast wasnt included. bad area。do not feel safe on street.
