The location of the hotel was perfect. We did not have a car, so it was important to be near transportation and have restaurants and cafes to walk to. The cleanliness was very important....and they met my expectations. They were very accomodating in storing our luggage the last day we were there. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Location. location is the best part, 2 mins from the main station and right in front of the sihlquai bus terminus from where all the tours depart.

I didn't like lugging my suitcase up a flight of stairs. the lift only went up to the forth floor, while I was on the fifth.Room rather small for the price, plus breakfast not included. Single room was incredibly small and felt like a 1-star room. It was freezing cold in the room during the night - the hotel staff did not solve that and neither did they offer another room.Theprice was very expensive for what we received, although the room wasnice it was quite basic and compared to other hotels of that price wehave stayed in it did not match up, however zurich is a very expensivecity so it is probably good value in that sense! Also breakfast was notincluded in the price. Breakfast very very poor.Price of single room. No coffee faciltys in room.
