Central room divider worked very well felt like we had two rooms. Lovely central courtyard area too. Great location 10 minutes walk from the Gran Via. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

  Modern, clean, fully equipped. Every service nearby, from Metro toministores. About 3mins walk to a 24hr taxi rank (handy for 5am airporttransfer). - location was near great flamenco and jazz venues. The apartment was well kitted out, had nice decor and was clean.

  The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars.   Location is super for discovery Madrid. All attractions are within walking distance.Very welcoming and friendly staff. The breakfast was ample and tasty, especially Spanish ham with melon. The hotel is full of old-style, but in a modern deluxe apartments. The rooms are large and comfortable.   First of all, the location of the hostel is great, being located in the heart of Madrid, a few minutes away from Gran Via and all the cultural places. Also it is really easy to arrive from the airport. Second of all, the ratio quality-price was great taking into the consideration that my room was quite modern and I enjoyed the shower with hidromas... what people say » sage. The room was very clean and quiet. Next, the staff was young, professional, very friendly and with good communication skills (they spoke English - The location of Hostal Gala is excellent, a 5 minute walk from Gran Via and Puerto Del Sol. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and advise on where to go and what to do. The hostal is also kept very clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Although the rooms do not have safe deposit boxes, security and leaving passports/money behind was never a cause for concern. This is a place I would recommend and stay at again!

  The guy at the reception spoke fluent english that made checking in really easy. He even provided a map of the city and marked all the important and good things to see. We arrived there earlier than the usual check-in time but as requested our apartment was ready and he allowed us to check-in early. The apartment is extremely centrally located. It is very accessible and was very clean and was equipped wi - I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

  Absolutely loved everything about this place. On arrival the staff were incredibly helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean, very spacious for 5 of us, and of a high standard. We're approximately 10 metres from The main square and from the main night club where we spent our time!   We were welcomed by Claudia, who was lovely and extremely helpful. Her English is excellent! The apartment was spacious, sunny, and offered full amenities for all of our needs during our stay in Madrid. The location is very central to many points of interest around the city, and there were some great restaurants in the neighborhood. The location was brilliant, very central, but quite residential,Ioved sitting on the balcony and people watching, and the soundproofing was very effective. Overall, a really great place to stay, I would recommend The Central Suites to anybody visiting
