Absolutely loved everything about this place. On arrival the staff were incredibly helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean, very spacious for 5 of us, and of a high standard. We're approximately 10 metres from The main square and from the main night club where we spent our time! Absolutely fab!. Helpful lovely staff, a fantastic location and a nice building, well-equipped, clean and cosy. We were in the duplex apartment; great value for money and a perfect bolt-hole for my sister and I right in the middle of Madrid. Didn't even mind the five flights of stairs!.

The location is really good which is in the city center and close to metro but it is a little bit hard to find it. The staff is good at english. The room is good and comfort with washing machine and kitchen. The location is wonderful. You are right in the center of Madrid and the metro stations are very close. The room had air conditioning, which helped mask the street noise. Excellent location, only a few minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, and all major attractions are easily reachable. Building works starting early in the morning next door (not their fault, obviously). No lift here. no steet view, lack of daylight. windows are opposite to neighbours' in couple of meters. not working wi-fi cold floor, heating with air conditioner could be a problem. If you come out of the check-in time you need to pay 40 euro which is ridiculous. And its check in time is very short until 8pm. The sofa bed is broken in our first night but nobody come to fix. The location is in the main street of city center which means is noisy. There are no elevators so it's a hike up the stairs with suitcases. The room was small and the shared bath was very small as well, especially the shower. The apartment wasn't as soundproof as promised, lots of noise from neighbouring apartments could be heard. Also, the toilet in the en-suite bathroom had a rather strong sewege smell. Small for 5, best for 3 or 4 persons tops. Nothing. Everything was very good. The draconian 40 Euro fee for checking in outside the allotted times. Surely there's another way after-hours check-in can be managed? Also, the toilet in our apartment was a pain to use for anyone over 5'10". Nothing). The lock to the front door was changed whilst I was out of the building, and no member of staff stayed on site to enable access outside of the normal reception hours. Internet had a weak signal. Unable to use the internet with my computer. very small bathroom. awful noise insulation - u hear almost everything( no elevator. Some door handles loose due to missing screws. WiFi poorly working; sometimes no Internet connection at all. Every apartment has to have a WiFi router even if you need to install telephone lines for that. The absence of a lift. nothing. The noise. The apartment was very small with almost no natural light since the windows where really small. We were staying in a duplex penthouse and the bedroom upstairs was really small and without wardrobes, with very very low ceiling that we could not stand up in the room so we could not even get changed in the room, it was really uncomfortable. The one bathroom in the apartment was also really small. Also the building has no lift and 5 storeys of stairs proved to be too much!. The extra $20 for checking in on a Saturday at 3pm !!!! It's not like we checked in at 11pm ! The guy at the front desk was nice but that's the only time we saw someone that worked there . Also be warned no elevator but they will help you with your suitcase . The restroom is tiny and Sunday night we run out off toilet paper . Nobody came to stock it . It wasn't only for us but also for the other 4 rooms . bit too noisy at night and cockroach in the toilet. staff (a man) ,He not response to problem that we found. My room no hot water for bath (temp10 c) He tell him for waiting but uhhhhh. - Staff - apartment (don't match the one from advertisement), all windows look into mineshaft with toilet windows from other apartments, so there's no day light in the room - very noisy - hard to find. almost no space, neither in the bathrooms, nor in the double room!!! very noisy street, you can't open the window at night. I remembered my stay in the same kind of hostel in Hong Kong where there was lack of space...not a good impression. The hotel was on construction and it was very noisy until the morning. There was no pre-notice and even there were noise before 9 in the morning when it was noticed from 9 for the construction. Even though they offered a better room for my second day of my stay, I and my family were totally upset and annoyed for the noise and inconvenience caused. No elevator, and 6 floors..heavy stairs. Had to pay a lot of extra cash to check in 1 hour later..stupid.
