The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were satisfactory. Staff were lovely, it was great to have a three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, dishwasher and washing machine. We were only a stones throw from shopping and amazing choice of restaurants. Great stay and highly recommend.
all reviews » As a group of friends it was fantastic to have a base so close to the centre where we could have our breakfast or drinks together. Towels and linen provided made a three night stay more feasible. Fantastic location close to Atocha Station, Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, Plaza Del Sol, and lots of sights and museums. Great neighborhood with a lot to do and see. 1-Good location, in the centre near all the main attractions 2-Confortable apartment with a lot of space 3-Friendly staff. Apartment was very central with modern deco. Plenty of bars and restaurants in Santa Ana area, a few minutes walk away. Perfect location right in between the plaza major and plaza Santa Ana. Very close to metro. Sol and tirso de molino. A lovely apartment in a central location. Comfortable and modern. We will definately visit again. Lovely apartment with great art and lots of space. Although the apartment was well equipped with appliances it lacked in crockery (no wine glasses). We never cooked in so it didn't pose a big problem for us but a bread knife and basics would have been expected. Pretty noisy, but right in the heart of the city. Madrilenos party until 4 or 5 am every night!. 1- When we arrived to the apartments no one was there to receive us 2-There is no one from the staff in the building during the day or night that can help in case of need.The apartments should have a reception. Staff not very efficient. There was no reception, only a phone number for the staff. We had to wait 30 minutes at the doorway for staff to arrive to be shown into our apartment. When checking out the staff arrived 20 minutes late despite arranging the check-out time several hours before. Some pieces of furniture and cutlery needed a refresh. wifi could only be accessed in living room. The area outside the apartment Washington dirty. The next apartment was under construction. The elevator did not word properly. Insuficient apartment supplies lime toilette paper, kitchen towels, sopa, etc. A little noise at night. bed is very small and uncomfortable, room is extremely small and crowd. The owner changed our booking prior to arrival due to overbooking and the replacement apartment was inferior to the one originally booked and paid for (which was the penthouse). No discount offered and no apology offered when we queried this. The owner claimed that the room was an upgrade because it could accomodate more people however it was dingy and at the back of the building. No staff for cleaning.
