  the staff were amazing, check in is at 2.00pm but when we turned up at 6.30am asking if we could leave our bags they asked if we wanted our room now, such a wonderful thought as we were so tired - Great service by the staff. Good meal at a very fair price.

  This was our second time at this hotel and we will most definetly stay again. It is a fantastic, clean hotel. The staff are the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is right in the centre of everything and I would recommend it to everyone. We didn't have one complaint about this hotel, it is perfect. - Its location was excellent to all the tour... what people say » ist attractions. However it was in an ideal location that you were not disturbed by late night noise. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and would use it again.

  very central and easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, food next door was beautiful, room was clean but basic.   The hotel is situated right in the heart of Amsterdam. The hotel itself is quite large, but despite this it has a very intimate feel. Each floor has a slightly different design, and each space is unique. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They were exceptionally helpful. Before I arrived I had to request an invoice. I also requested a room with a double bed, towards the back - Excellent location, right in the heart of the city...we walked everywhere! This hotel is very different to any other hotel I have stayed in. It's so funky and artistic. It's like a maze inside but we found this fun navigating back to our room after an enjoyable night out in Amsterdam. Even better after a long day was getting into the Queen size bed which was very comfortable.

  Indeed my family truly enjoyed our stay in your hotel. All your staff have been wonderful during our stay there. I would like to especially commend Lisa for helping arrange our tour in Amsterdam. She was nice and efficient in checking us in in an instance as the rooms are all ready and check in packets are all ready at the time of our arrival. Going on an evening stroll amongst some of the most beautiful canals ever created, you'll find yourself amid some of the most intriguing sites Amsterdam has to offer (Ann Frank House, Van Gogh Museum, Dam Square...). At the same time, this Boutique Hotel is located in a part of the city which has such a neighborly feel, you'll find yourself wishing you a resident rather than just a tourist. Linda helped us one morning and made phonecalls on our behalf to help us find specific shops in town. I loved the room.   The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. - Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment).
