Beautiful decorated room,with fantastic design of bathroom..Ideallocation ,close to everywhere .Easy to get the hotel from Centralstation by tram .Very friendly staff.. Wifi internet connection is agreat plus! Location was easy to get around Amersterdam. The room was decorated beautifully, very modern and clean. Staff were helpful. Coffee and tea facilites available FOC all day in the main front room.Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Its location is very good.interior of the room. This hotel is probably better for younger people..older one will have aproblem with the crazy dutch stairs..Breakfast rates a bit expensive for what is being served - but as it was included in the room rate it was ok. We expected the room to be small/narrow, but the only disavantage was that we had nowhere to put our suitcase, so it stayed out for the whole 4 days.I knew I would end up with the basement room because I booked the last room. It wasn't bad though. Rooms and hallways were a bit cramped.I don't want to stay in the basement room again because of the pump which cuts in and out all the time. I would be happy to stay in another room above ground instead. I would prefer breakfast to start at 0700, not 0800 as I had to leave at 0720. Normally do. very small room and shower. Very small hotel, no lobby, no breakfast room. Risky steps to upper andloer floor. too expensive for what it offers. The hotel room is really too tiny. The lack of a door in the shower causes an embarassing flood of part of the floor which is quite a nuisance. I think I got the worst room. Very noisy and in the basement. The glass door of the bathroom doesn't give any privacy (fortunately I was traveling solo).
