Husband and wife team running this Hotel, very nice, had a pleasant stay, breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was small but so was the price. Very clean and well serviced rooms. Good breakfast, the room was clean. Good location, central but reasonably quiet, close to everything. Loved the cleanliness of the room, renewed and clean bathroom facilites and the elevator. Size of the room was a surprise: large, triple room with a sofa. Breakfast was excellent, owners friendly and they helped us whenever needed. Nothing to complain really, our group of six enjoyed. I will definitely come back next time!.

If our family ever goes back to Amsterdam (and we would love to) we fully intend on staying here again.The size of room, the room came with tea/coffee making equitment and there was air conditioning, cleanliness,and good breafast. Very central, great staff and would surely go to the same hotel if I ever go again to Amsterdam!. very clean and comfortable. nice staff. have many restaurants close by. The staffs, facilities of all things that we needed as internet, water to drink when we arrived from tours, nice bed even so the small room, place of easy access to the center, close to Hertz where I delivered the car.The staff was friendly, the rooms were good and the location is also excellent. No, for the money i paid everthing was acceptable. For my liking, the bed mattress was too soft. But this may be just personal preference.Wifi didn't work on 4th floor. Phone on the room unusable - outside line supposedly blocked because calling outside is too expensive (!) and cannot be unblocked. Incoming calls didn't work either, had to take the call on the floor. Noise from outside.The lack of flexability in changing hotels, thin towels, poor consistency in temperature of the water and meagre breakfast.
