Quadruple room is great value for money, 4 single beds just like picture and room felt larger once we were actually in it nice flat screen tv good breakfast friendly stafff great bathroom/shower (bath worthy!) great location. Clean room with modern, well maintained en suite facilities. Good selection of food for breakfast offerred in pleasant dining area. Pleasant and obliging staff team throughout stay. Quite central.
all reviews » The man in charge of the staff had a very nice sense of humor and helped carry our luggage down a very steep spiral staircase they have. A coffee-shop across the streetmeans that there can be a bit of chatter into the night - althoughnothing that cannot be blocked with ear-plugs. Staff member on departureseemed a little on the grumpy side.although the room we booked was described as "small" a better description would be "very small" and the bed was only a three quarter size so it was a good job we are slim people!. too expensive for that kind of hotel. Breakfast wasn't that good.I did not appreciate having to change rooms during out stay where we went from twin beds to sharing a double bed that was no bigger than a single bed - yet still had to pay the same rate. very little rooms, very strong audibility. My single room was very small, but for one night only ...enough. so small room. I booked 2 no smoking rooms, but at the hotel they offered 1 room smooking and 1 no smooking; I don't like surcharge applied on credit card payment (even if it was declared on the website). -room was were small and wery much worn out; no vegetables were available at breakfast; staff was on phone instead of serving quests. the price, size of room. Room size was like a cabinet. Tv was not working. Location map wasnot given. Reaching there took almost one hour from AmsterdamCentral station.My bed up against the window beside main street.
