The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. Our first impression wasn't the best (read the negative comment). But we spoke to the receptionist about our concerns and she was very nice to us, going out of her way to give us a room on the first floor with wi-fi that worked perfectly.
all reviews » Hotel facilities were clean and tidy. We used the spa not the sports facilities. The spa had very good facilities, several saunas, large outdoor area and a large swimming pool. Bar and restaurants in the spa were excellent. Cleanliness, closeness to bus stop, reasonable costs, relaxed, not too busy, closeness to restaurant, attractive out of town location. Everyone was very friendly and it helped that their English was very good! The room was very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely stylish and clean rooms. Fantastic showers. Doc-station for Ipod did not work. Parking was very expensive, but there is a parking area next door for free. WIFI not working in the room 202 Missing fridge and water boiler in the room. Cafe' opened late (7:00-7:30). No coffee available before 7:00. No bus/tram to the airport within walking distance. Having to pay extra to use the spa facilities and car parking. Nothing!. Hotel is really just a room - no hotel facilities. That you had to be naked in the pool!. Far from city center and GVB stop. Overnight fire alarm )). the "theme" of spa, it was ok to be with bathing suit , not only naked. i don't like this ideea. The location is not well indicated. Take a GPS. - Extra tourist charge when arriving - Spa at extra cost - Not an extreme negative but spa is fully naked in Holland - Two single beds with separate mattresses difficult to relax on as a couple, we were constantly moving in the centre gap throughout the night - Tea, coffee and fridge not available in room.
