The location was perfect for me. I wanted to be in a pleasant safeenvironment and in a safe area. I also wanted to be near a green space,an underground station and a varied shopping area. This hotel satisfiedall of these needs. - Staff were helpful and room was always made up whenever requested.

Fantastic service, luxurious, everything was wonderfu - Zeffirino restaurant on the 31st floor, which interestingly the staff don't actively recommend, is great, not too pricy! The hotel is great value for money being on the Island.

Shopping nearby, rich continental breakfast and really attentive staff who would be willing to help even the fussiest customer. Very good price and the place is clean with a good design looking. As most of the other reviwers have said, the room is quite small, but if you are leaving in the morning and coming back in the evening, the place will do the job at a reasonable price.
Couple blocks from the metro station. Keep in mind that the region is famous for the night life (bars, restaurants, loads of tourists, etc), so if you are looking for some quiet area, this is not for you, but hey... is there such a thing called qu
