From the moment we arrived the welcome and service was faultless. I
spend my life traveling and staying in so called 5 * which normally
means paying the earth for services you don't use and insincere
service , I honestly was amazed at the service they offered me nothing
was to much trouble ,the front desk staff never stopped smiling , the
Manager a young man was faultless in every way, Well done to you all I

The location was excellent, good sized room, very clean and lovely clean and soft bedding. Lovely large shower head in the shower and beautiful slatted wooden blinds over the windows and looked like it had just been recently refurbed. The reception team were very helpful and also assisted me getting a taxi on my return to the airport. Overall excellent.

Great location. Quiet even tho right in the middle of soho. Free wifi. Room was clean, well proportioned, had all the basic requirements. Staff helpful. Great value for money in HK.

It is close to MRT Central station.
I was scratching when I left, and no fridge in rooms.

No window in the room, which was not obvious when booking, price due to
that much too high. At night around 4 to 5am staff started bustling
around and chatting outside the rooms in the small floor to the
emergency staircase. It's door should have been kept closed at all
times which was indicated on the door for fire emergency reasons, but
was constantly kept open. I would not recommend this hotel.
Very noisy place. If you have it hard on sleeping, do not stay here. You could hear other rooms very well and the night life. Room was small so at the day time you prefer to stay elsethere.
Found a cockroach in my bathroom. One of the staff was unfreindly to me when I told her, it was like my fault. The rest was okay.
not very close to metro station. and the hotel is on the moutain, not easy to go there with baggage.
Card key doesn't work 3times. so i changed it for 3times. it was really annoying. and also bathroom with clear window so that can see inside when people do something.
