  Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

  Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service.   I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying there on my next visit, no doubt about that.The members of staff who I spoke to, who were receptionists and bar staff, were efficient, professional and friendly.
