I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying there on my next visit, no doubt about that.The members of staff who I spoke to, who were receptionists and bar staff, were efficient, professional and friendly. The room maid ensured that my room was spotless every day and staff members who I passed whilst moving around the hotel always smiled and said hello. The location is phenomenal: it's right on the main SBahn line, but also just an easy 10 minute walk to the center of the city (Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt), right beside the Gastieg, etc. I liked that they provided coffee, tea and cocoa in the room. The room was also very quiet considering the central location.

I did not have a chance to use but there is a lovely swimming pool at the second floor. Breakfast is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel. A seperate point for information or checking out,instead of having to queue for ages just to ask a question. Nothing, it was just perfect!. We didn't have any complaints about this hotel. The only thing I can think of to mention would be that even though it was snowing outside, our room was a little too warm(even with the heat turned off) so we had to open the window for a little bit. But that is all, we have no negative comments. Being 4 of us with teenagers the family room was a little too small. We came with a car but couldn't park in the hotel's underground car-park cos we had a top box fitted and was higher than the 2 mtrs height. However, we parked on the safe road outside and paid 6 euros per day (free on Sundays) and saved a fortune for our 3 days visit! 12 euros instead of 51 euros - a bargain!. The rooms could have been a bit bigger, and the price for the dogs a bitlower (30euro for a first night, 10euro for any following). extra charge to use the internet . Cafe in hotel had good food but limit menu. hotel is pricy but you get what you pay for. Breakfast room is crowded and noisy.
