What people say
It's great to go on holiday and have your own apartment. It was
really comfortable. We had a huge sofa and a plasma screen. It is really
close to the city centre and the shopping streets. It has several
restaurants nearby (one is at the ground floor of the hotel) and a pub
next door. People at the reception desk are really nice and helpful,
though sometimes they don't really know what you're asking for
because they're not much into excursions, train timetables, etc.

It was an excellent location just off the main shopping street in Munich. We were two underground stops from the main railway station and in walking distance of many of the attractions. The staff were friendly and the rooms were large, with a separate kitchen and bathroom. We slept three people comfortably. Self laundry facilities were available. The reception and other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spacious apartment.
Its weakest point is that, having a pub next door, there is some noise
in the bedroom every night. And it's sometimes difficult to fall
asleep. Another weak point is that the kitchen is not fully equipped (it
lacks a dishwasher, as the sink is too small and there isn't enough
space for everything you need to wash).
The Television went out on the second day and was not repaired during the next nine days. That's a problem with kids in the house.

Very noisy area. There's a separate bar at in the same building that
closed late, meaning a load of merry people were off home at 2 or 3 in
the morning, just below our bedroom window. The apartment was very hot,
despite being cold outside and the heating being off.
