The location. Superb location, small but very comfortable rooms, above average breakfast, free wi-fi, friendly/helpful staff.My wife and I are very selective when it comes to the hotels and restaurants. I found this little jem at the heart of the Munich after 2 or 3 days of research on the internet. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Room size was not very big but big enough for us since we only needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was also fine.
