Everything about this hotel is great, including the price. However, wehad a special offer rate with them. My conclusion is: if I can get adiscount rate with them again, I will definitely come back. Greatexperience this time. the staff, location, and the furniture, very cozy place to stay in. There are very nice surprises when a guest celebrates a birthday during the stay.Excellent room and close to the city.

Appartment with all facilities in nice surrounding - only abot 10 minutes to walk to the most interesting and fashionable areas of Munic center. Guests should like the color "brown", the rooms are mainly decorated in this color, even the ceiling above the bed! This makes the rooms smaller than they are and makes them a little bit dark... I have booked (selected) through "Booking.com" a double room (superior). I realized (saw) that such type rooms (greater) were also in the same floor in which I stayed. restaurant closed on Monday. may be location...it is not in the centre, but for business...who cares!!. bathrooms were not clean enough. bathrooms were not cleaned properly. I did not like that the hotel was not so close to the city center. Ive booked the hotel, but my wife stayed there, so there was a bit ofconfusion when she checked in. Person on reception didnt make her feelwelcomed as she obviously could not present the credit card the bookingwas made with. house keeping did not come until the 3rd day. Did not receive fresh towels during the 5 nights of stay.
