The location is excellent. The apartment is at the quite central area and a walking distance from Marian Platz. Although I couldn't find some forks and a knife, there are many decent restaurants and cafes nearby.
The only problem for me is that it seems that some strange people are around here. Last night I heard someone else knocking my door. It was at midnight and the third time. The first time was a week ago around 22:00. The guy said he was a neighbour and didn't have a key. He wanted to ge.
Close to everything, 2 min walk to the metro, the tram station, and the main shopping street, 10-15 min walk to Marienplatz. A very nice green neigbourhood. The room was very clean, equipped kitchenette with everything we needed, a supermarket 5 min away, a large balcony. All in all a very decent place to sleep.

There was nobody administration personal from friday till monday. So if you have a problem you have to decide it yoyrself or wait.

No reception, very hard to find the staff. The keys were at the Kraft Akt cafe. The room was tiny, the bed was 30 sm away from the kitchen, a small table with only 1 chair. We literally had to have breakfast in bed because there was no other place to seat for 2 people. We received no wifi password together with the room key. It could probably be received in the office on the underground floor of the building (we have not tried to do it because we did not need wifi).
The apartment was a bit run down and could have benefited from carpet cleaning and repainting. The mattrass was soft sponge (not a proper mattrass at all) and the bedframe squeaked badly. The WiFi didn't work and TV reception was sometimes a problem.The block seems to be used for cheap social housing and can sometimes be a bit noisy.
Shower didn't work perfectly. Complicated check-in process with no
reception. Lack of communication. Wi-Fi couldn't work because I
couldn't get the password.
Decor was poor not somewhere you would take your partner for a City Weekend, lots of apartments where living apeartments so noise and cooking where common during the evenings but quiet during the night. A business only or rough travellers accomodation.
Wi-Fi and television did not working! In a corner of the room there was several cigaretters butt during all the stay.

Linen very poor quality..No English channels...Very small and poky but OK for overnight...No staff contact at all....
Facilities maintenance was poor, the (15 years? old) TV never worked, the shower basin did not want to drain, the WIFI did not work on the morning of 18 oct, when it was really necessary to receive and send mails, I had to spend a lot of money on mobile telephone calls instead. The elevator seemed to work when it was in the mood. etc.

One of the worst customer service i have seen ever. Staff are very rude, I have stayed here more than 15 days ago, still haven't received the invoice. I have tried to contact numerous times, but they keep telling that the invoice will be sent tomorrow. I will never come back here again.
Water pressure was so low ,so I could hardlly take a shower. Rooms were not sound proof as well.

This apartment was very disappointing. It was not very clean - the mattress was stained and the carpet was dirty. There were bars across the road which were very noisy at closing time and the metal balcony at the front of the apartment rattled incredibly noisily in the wind. For the condition and standard it was very, very overpriced. The only good feature was its proximity to the centre of the city. I would not stay there again.
