The parking cost was a little too high.Rooms in the last floor (6th floor) are small and extremely hot. I had to request a room change (but afterwards everything was good). was a little bit far from downtown. When people are smoking in the hall the rooms become full of smoke. This was plain awful. Minor points only - noise from the lift shaft and talking in the corridor were both very clearly audible in my room; this sometimes made it hard to sleep. TV remote control is a generic one-for-all and doesn't work too well with the TV.The wireless was poor. I had a room on a high floor with a balcony facing the rear of the hotel. Very quiet. However, although clean (and I checked), the room looked a bit tired and dingy but had clean and crisp linens. The rooms on my floor looking out to the street, however, were rather newly painted and looked much fresher and more inviting. The next time I stay there I will request a room toward the front.Warning to others who may use the garage parking under the hotel, the entrance/exit ramp is very steep. bathroom to small. Window blind in room was broken. TV remote control was broken. As I only stayed one night and the hotel was full, I had to live with this. I was given a 5% reduction on the rate the following morning, though. The hotel beyond the front desk and lounge area was in need of refurbishment. The room was dated but usable.Breakfast and the location were good. The man at the reception was very unprofessionally clad. His shirt was untucked and his tie loosened. I feared it was a true flea bag hotel but was pleased that the room was clean.
