My friends and I stayed in the hotel for the first night in Germany. We all like it very much. The staff, although only one, is very considerate and helpful. The hotel is not the usual one. It feels more like a residential building, very warm with bright-coloured decorations. It is quite clean and it made our first impression about Germany quite positive. The breakfast is also rich. Friendly environment, FREE wi-fi, FREE breakfast, location is less than 5 min walk from the tube(metro), only couple of stops from city centre.
Also microwave, fridge and iron available in the room.
And very important, cheap safe parking.
If you can ask for more at the money... happy finding!.
I had a single room and it was great, tv and a wide bed. It was very hot in Munich, but the air conditioning made it bearable. The shard shower and toilet rooms were very clean. Close to a metro station. Good breakfast.

The reception is not 24 hr working... I couldn't get them for help after 9pm.
The lock of toilet was a little bit hard. My daughter (5 years) could not open it and locked in, although it was easily opened from the outside. none!.
The triple room we stayed is poorly decorated. All furnitures in the room are very old, and near broken. Also the cleanliness is hardly satisfactory.
The shower is way too small.
Wifi connection could've been stronger, one of the beds was pretty uncomfortable had to take in turns to make fair and spot light outside our window lit up our room when someone from outside walked past.
On one night only over our 3 nights, guests in the 2 rooms adjacent partied till 1.0am.
Two flights of stairs up, and no elevators. A little hard to find (the entrance is around to the side, then you have to go up a floor and ring a bell to check in).
