I and my guest have nothing but positive things to say about the staff at this hotel,Friendly,extremely professional,food and service was extremely tasty and beautifully presented.It gave are stay in munich an even bigger plus as the city of munich is beautiful.if anyone had anything negative to say about this hotel,check yourself for a pulse.... The beds were just what we needed! Absolutely top. A hotel that offers a sleep like we had, will be visited again. The spa experience was also nice. .

The bathroom was great - really big. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the lobby, bar, restaurant and spa areas very luxurious.the vintage BMWs everwhere was nice, good bathroom, staff were incredibly helpful, everything one would expect from a 5 Star location. It was convenient to some shops and since my wife was quite sick with bronchitis, I could easily go and find things at a pharmacy.We arrived to be plesantly greeted and informed of our upgrade. Wine €9.20 per glass. We were only in transit to the airport the next day, but had we been sightseeing it was a bit far from city center.Location was a little bit out of city centre. On registration at night the Tower reception was not operating. Room keys didn't open the acces to Tower Lounge - we had to spend time for re-coding them. Room-service ladies did not hasitate to come in the room without knocking (the "do not disturb" tag was not hung)))). Although alternative arrangements were made for executive floor guests, during its closure from 29th DEC on ,they were inferior to those expected. additional services are expensive. not enough english speaking tv programs. Rooms were not ready at check-in time (1500).the flowers in the plastic pots in the beer garden were terrible, there was not an English guide to hotel services in room. I ask on my reservation to have a connected rooms and they charge me more at the front disk 15 Euro per room per night???. Parking. Even in compare to the exellent comfort and services the price is a bit high, espessially as the breakfast (top class) not is included in the price. Noise from road works and busy main road outside our window ,prices at the bar. Too expensive. The hotel reserved my Visa debit card for apr. 500 Eur for garantie, and still now they doesn't open it, after a week. No a la carte breakfast (27 e buffet is over $40 American pp for breakfast), bed way too soft. Breakfast extra, in fact, everything extra. A couple of the concierge staff were not as helpful and friendly as their counterparts on reception. You should consider explaining better what you have to do to avail of the free laundry service for Towers customers.
