Great simple room. Everything was great. Especially free wired internet, free coffee - tea in the reception, and comfortable smoking room because, its difficult to find Hotels with smoking rooms in Copenhagen.Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice and very comfortable room, good breakfast. Quite clean for European standards. Great and helpful hotel staff, great location of the hotel, breakfast ok.
all reviews » the hotel staff was excellent!!!. The size of the room was great. The beds were excellent. nice suite, nice furniture. Room was quiet and pretty big. Even though there wasn't double-sized bed there were two separate beds with very cousy pillows and blankets. the size of the room is good.The lifts - they are like refrigerators. No coffee / tea / milk in the rooms. It's a bit too calm for tourists – which is quite okay for a biz hotel. No double beds available, which is not that okay for a couple.The breakfast was terrible, very dirty everything.... NO roomservice for cleaning or to replace used towels. The smell out of the shower pock was horrible.. no way to get the sleeping chamber dark, as the role curtains were gone.. poor selection on tv channels.. only 2 english channels. When checking in, the lady available to help us, was to busy talking to her boyfriend then two help to new guests.room wasn't cleaned for the whole time we stayed there (5 days), even when asked for it. very unclean room (especially bathroom - dirty towel), breakfast not very varied, elevator door looks scary - like you are going to be shoved inside and frozen like a piece of meat. Didn´t have any towels, toilet paper nor iron. Had to ask twice for them. Room seemed dirty and uncleaned and was very cold. Had a half cucumber in the fridge. Traffic noise all thru the night. There is no "popular cafe" downstairs, actually there was nothing but traffic nearby. Pictures tell different story of the hotel than in real life. There wasn't any room cleanining during our stay (3 nights). One day we asked to change our towels but that never happened. And there was cigarette smell in our room even though it was non-smoking room. Breakfast was a little boring. There wasn' possibility to cook in the room's "kitchen".We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and something inconvenient happened for everyday that we were there. When we checked in, we were given a room that has not been cleaned. We didn’t let it bother us too much thinking that everyone can make a mistake.
