It was a nice and clean hotel near by/in sentrum. Location as friendly staff. value for money + location + objectivity of the staff. convenient location; reasonably quiet. Central location. location. Yes, no air condition is not acceptable, even in Copenhagen. room equipment should to be better - means to buy new one. In the bathroom fixed shower is inconvenient. bath room was always full of water on the ground....Showers were terrible. Reception services. The staff was grumpy, poor breakfast very expensive, room not cleaned 1day . When we complained abt that the receptionist called for the madeto ask her if this was through and than gave her pep. All in front ofus.......very unpro!!!! Secondly we felt he did not belive us as he hadto get complaine confirmed. Even more unpro!!!. I didn't like to stay at Norlandia Richmond because the hotel was only 2 stars probably but the prices was for 3 or 4 stars, he needs to be renovated, the bathrooms was unpproper and the rooms too small !. the Norlandia was grottty and in need of renovation. The hotel staffs are not friendly. Bathroom looks very old and not so practical.based on the price the hotel was very poor There has to be wireless internet free nowdays..... very bad and poor breakfast. Very bad impression. We couldn’t reach Copenhagen because of this volcano eruption. Management of the hotel refused to reimburse us money (even part of the amount!) and furthermore spoke with us in such a rude tone that I can say “if you want to have a really bed mood welcome to “Norlandia Star Hotel” !ll I can understand a lot of things but why Management of the hotel takes the liberty of roaring at clients I can’t understand.
