Amazingly spacious. Well decorated, very clean. Actually, a 3 room apartment with a balcony overlooking the city, complete with a place to eat our room-service pizza. Very central location, close to everything, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, large rooms. sleep, breakfast. ended up with a huge suite in the apartment side, but had a struggle getting all the luggage into the right building and room. Breakfast was great too! Great location.

In order to get to the elevator, you must climb one flight of stairswith your luggage.Don't plan to park an suv or something bigger in the parking as I had to take the mirrors in on my Passat to get in and out, it's an old archway through to a courtyard and very tight with a twist in the middle!. the bed was to soft and to small for two persons. the internet never worked in the room; there was a very strong smoking odor in a non-smoking room. Outside noise during the night. it was difficult to control the heat level in the room. there is a little bit noise from the outside street. Room was very small and there was a lot of street noise. was not working internet in the room during my stay. The rooms are small and the Internet connection is spotty - not really appropropriate for a business hotel. room is so small.Room too warm, sheets were too thick to have a good night + breakfast was of 3 star level. The breakfast is poor and the place where it is served was noisy and crowdy.cleaniless. The rooms did not have the character that the entrance hall promised. They were modern and fairly basic.I was moved to an apartment rather than being in the main hotel building. Staff was not very friendly. Room was small and very warm.The furniture and fixtures were past their best. The room service was not good in its attention to detail - there were dirty cups left by previous guests; the worksurface in the kitchenette was stained; the furniture in the room was not wiped or dusted. Will not stay here again.No lift access to room level, elderly electrical wiring in room, wifi unreliable - but I have had better stays here in the past, so I will try again. Room very basic, bathroom poor - shower but no bath with no ventilation - so quite musty. No tea/coffee facilities in room, furnishings worn and drab. Could not check in at the stated time - delayed for 1 1/2 hours. Incorrect billing amount. The Noise. Instead of a double bed as booked, we had to sleep on two single beds which separated constantly, no other room was available. No effort to accomodate an early check in.Very noisy and unfriendly. They charged me for 2 hour late checkout although we had stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms. I mentioned this the day before checking out since I was running the marathon and needed to go back and take a shower at the hotel afterwards. The only solution they came up with was for me to pay extra 500 dkr for 2 hours! And they had plenty of free rooms. will not stay here again!. The staff was rude and unavailable. The check-in was slow, they asked information we had already supplied. We requested rooms together and they booked us on separate floors. They talked on the phone when they had guests waiting, they let danish customers make their demands before servicing us. The rooms were not clean. We have another booking the last weekend and I hope for better service then!.
