Location. location. Good central location and good accommodation for business.Recentlyupgraded wireless system. We found the hotel very confortable and we felt at home while staying there. good and very practical place to stay in central Copenhagen. Hotel staff very helpful. It was also quite hot but we did not want to open the window as we would hear the traffic outside even more. The hotel is noisy due to the road and trains in front of our window. There was some party function going on and loud music could be heard up to 3 AM. Also after the party, the facilities to include the elevator were trashed. Noisy - trains all night - not all rooms affected, unfortunately mine was. The noise level is too high. Metro, busses and cars make too much noise even with closed windows. It should be stated that the hotel does not have airconditioning. Lost booking. Small slow lifts inadequate for size of hotel. Expensive internet access. Shabby breakfast staff. Could not put dinner bill on room account. There was no breakfast in the room price. And room price was to high without breakfast.Lack of soap, shampoo- minibar. Breakfast service!. Heating failed in our first room. We were uograded which was nice but the drainage systen in the bathroom backed up every time we had a shower. No big deal but the cleaning staff must have realised the problem was there, same with the heating in the first room? Breakfast was not included in the room rate which it should have been for the price. the noise of the train even when the windows of the room are close.No air cooling system, no ventilation, hi noise. Room very hot first two nights a fan would have helped last two were a bit cooler.If I opened window then it was very noisy.Too expensive for a three star hotel. the varienty of breakfast, communication with staff about possibility of choosing room. Cleaning of rooms appeared random Cleaning of public areas even worse. The dust and debris in the lift on arrival was still there on departure. room over heated, very noisy, no climate control, couldn't sleep as a result. limited space / furniture in room . Poor breakfast not included on room rate. They should destroy mold from the bathrooms. Also the personel was not ready to be of service. hotelroom smelld of sigaretts, not clean enogh, and payment did not go straight trugh. The rooms were cramp and very hot! There was no air conditioning or sunshades. The hotels seems more interested in selling stuff like breakfasts, internet en movies. They did not 'understand' our request for a baby-bed. Luckily we brought our own, but this fitted hardly in the room.In two words: Stay away. Details: dirty rooms, many furniture pieces missing altogether, frozen rooms (we did change one room because of that but no improvement) in December. Service... Cleaning...Room very hot, no aircon but room provided with a fan, problem beingthat all power sockets switch off when bed lights turned off so mustunscew light bulbs so that fan works during night. Breakfast terrible -one person serving, not enough food provided and poor quality.
