The staff was very friendly and even watch our bags before checking in (we arrived quite early) and after checking out (we were allowed to leave out backs in a locker with our own lock and comeback to pick it up later). Buffet breakfast is a sure win :-) Good wifi coverage. Very easy to find and spot. Overall: A. The perfect location. Easy metro access to and from the airport and to most sights you´ll want to see. Very clean and comfortable.

No kitchen, but if you have something small that needs refrigeration, they will gladly store it in a fridge on the front desk :-). This is not the typical hostel for mingling of guests. No social area. poor devices in the bathroom and a bad roommate with strong snoring... nothing. I missed the front door and was standing at a side door (bearing the hostel's name) and pressing a buzzer for about 10 minutes before realising the situation. A little sign there would help!. Could be more comfortable. quality of the breakfast. small space. the room was too small and there's no bed linen and towel..and no microwave oven for heating food. too small rooms. small rooms, the shower was broken partly, the linen is outworn a lot, the lockers in the room have no keys so it can't be locked actually. Ants on the floor. Uncomfortable and small bed. Room mate snoring all night (not the hotel's fault, but that's my last time ever sharing a room with strangers). Bed linen not included in the price, dreary showers. not very clean (toilets). Rooms smelled. Drains smelled. Confusing layout. Only one key for the room per group. Showers small and not enough per level. Free wifi was intermittent in the rooms. Barely worked. Could not change the channel on the television in the room. Ultra thin, grungy mattresses on the beds. Windows opened to street level and were not very secure (big, easily broken if anyone was motivated, no security features). The room it is super small. The beds are piece of wood stick to the wall. I kick a pipe with my knee sleeping. The mattress is like a wafer. The guy at the reception on sunday morning. Very rude and not helpful. Shared bathroom was very dirty , Sink was broken, i stayed in Dorm with 9 beds , and i got the upper most bed in 3 storey bed. There was no enough space for me to sit up at 90 degree. Electrical plugs were also broken in some spots. Almost is old and not clean. share rooms in this hotel are small, smelly and dirty. In my reservation, they said that the room includes a flat tv, but in was a big abd old 1980 style TV! I changed my room twice, but because share rooms were awful, after all, reception told me that he can give my money back! finally, i paid about 150 euro for a single room (for two nights). -The room (4-bed dorm) is too small -The bed is quite dirty -There is no ladder attached to the bunk bed, you have to use the an extra ladder -It was overpriced (185 DKK/night) for the stay, probably because I booked it only 2 weeks ago.
