What people say

Location. False advertising.was advertised as private hot tub on patio. When we arrived we were told the hot tub was out of commision,we were told "go to the hilton & use theirs" the hot tub still had some water in it & card board laying in it, very unsightly. I had the choice to stay else where for much cheaper without a hot tub, thats what I should of done!!! &Amp; saved a lot of money. Very dissapointed.

Guests expecting to arrive after business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00-21:00; Friday to Sunday 08:00-23:00) must call the number on the confirmation document to arrange after hours key pick-up. Please note, a parking height restriction of 6'9" (205 cm). Guests under the age of 25 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian. Guest can enjoy access to the outdoor pool, hot tub and tennis courts at the Hilton Whistler Resort. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 107-2011 Innsbruck Drive, V0N 1B2 Whistler. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
