The staff were friendly, the location is amazing, you're very close to the Gondolas! It's comfortable and whilst it is a little dated in decore who cares, it is clean, tidy and a great location with friendly, helpful staff! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all of my friends. The room was great, it had a fridge, fully stocked cooking utensils and two cooktop elements + microwave + toaster etc. This saved us a lot of money because it meant we could eat in for breakfast, and other.

I like the fact that I left my jackets in the hotel room when I booked out and forgot them,I phone back and they were found and fedex back to me without any problems unlike someother hotels i have stayed in the past! I would deffinately go back to your Hotel! it was a Fantatic time!. Great location and AMAZING staff…we were treated SO well! Rooms are really clean, nicely decorated and we stayed in the loft room which gave us a lot of room for 4 adults and a baby. It was also fairly quiet. Perfect location in a middle on a walking pass. Everything you might need was there- small fridge, microwave, plates, cups, utensils, balcony. Everything was clean, new and neat. Perfect small hotel!. The front desk was very very helpful with all our questions. They accommodated our post check out luggage without hesitation. I like the loft style of the suites. I am and will be a repeat guest. It was comfy and clean. The staff made sure our stay was good and that we were happy with the room. The location was perfect; right in the middle of everything. I loved it at this hotel. The suite was really nice with its kitchen for 3 persons. The staff is available and very nice. friendly staff ,great location,,big and comfotable bed , fully equiept kitchen-even a toaster and the price was right also. I really liked the location of the hotel in the heart of Whistler Village and that there was on site parking available. The cabinets looked nice. The only feedback is that the bathroom door is in an awkward position not leaving a whole lot of room to get in an out. But did it matter? Not at all... You can tell that they are updating and doing small renovations…so a few details are slightly sloppy…like a few of the painting details. We had to pay for the Internet and also the parking was $21. for 1 night, even when we stayed it was off season. I was told by one of the cleaning staff that we were not allowed to burn any wood in the fire place, only fire logs.....a little disappointing. No room service; Wood fireplace (gas would be more convenient); The heated pool/ jacuzzi are located in another property, across the street (but no big deal though). No handrails in shower for us older folks... Bathroom door to close to sink on your next design. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work. WIFI connection was not free. Loud people in the halls and outside. 3 power outages while we were there. The walk to the pool was inconvenient. Wifi was expensive so we did not purchase. The little food basket was expensive. Online pictures of the room were deceiving. Queen bed. Didn't think it was worth the expense and unfortunately our view off the balcony was the alley way. The parking fees weren't included when I first booked, which proved to be a bit annoying when the $21 fee was tacked on for the single night my boyfriend and I were there for... We checked in at 11pm, paid for $21 parking and had to check out at 11am... Room 201 - 3/28 to 3/31 We had an issue with the dresser in the loft, my 7yr old son opened the 3rd drawer and the entire dresser fell over, falling down the stairs on top of him, the plastic protector also came off. I reported this to the staff immediately as well as to the manager prior to us checking out. Please mount the dresser to the wall so it doesn't happen again. Thanks good my son did not get seriously injuried - just bruised on his arm. There was water damage on the ceilings. Parking cost almost 50$ for the night and was not asst the hotel. The man asst the front desk was rude. There was nothing that told me I would have to pay for parking. And wifi. And make a $200 damage deposit! I want these details upfront, not when I'm checking in. No free WiFi. The bathroom door was a pain and the watter took a while to get warm. Our balcony looked like it was under construction and the patio chairs were extremely dirty and stained. I don't think that particular room should have been given to anyone with the balcony in that condition. The inside of the room looked a bit like it had some cheap renovations done to it and wasn't as nice as the photos on the website made it look. No wifi...that was inconvenient. Having to pay for parking and wifi Kitchen didn't have an oven. Bathroom too small but shower was great. Quite noisy at night. No voicemail for the room. No free Wifi or wired internet !! No recycling bin in room. Had to pay for parking. At $20/day it makes the stay even more expensive. I really did not like the set up of the queen loft suite. I found it extremely cramped. The stairs were sketchy to walk up and down especially at night to go to the lower level washroom. The finishings in the room were cheap looking, such as the closet doors, baseboards, etc. Needs a light in the big closet. I didn't like that there wasn't a pool, excercise room or hot tub on location. Cleanliness was poor. Cupboard and fridge doors in kitchen hadn't been cleaned properly, there was a spill on one of the bedside tables which hadn't been cleaned up when we arrived and there was dust all over. It was 1cm thick on the top of the bedside lamp. After we had complained to reception the spill was cleaned up, the fridge door had been wiped again but was still smeared and the dust hadn't been touched. Little bit noisy from within the hotel itself room was booked for 3 people only had two peoples supplies. Impossible to find - spent ages wandering around the village with luggage in tow. Needs MUCH better signage or better directions on the email confirmation. Pillows were as hard as boulders. Very easy to fall down the steps in the room in the middle of the night (this didn't happen, but I can see how it could). no ice machines, no hot tub, noisy doors slamming. Staff was very rude at check in. Lady reminded me at least 3 times that since it was a young group of girls we had to stop all noise at 10pm. Got to the point that she repeated herself so many times that another guest had to say "you can stop telling her that now she understands". Our room was very small for three people, of whom one had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa. The balcony door wouldn't close properly and it was a bit cold in the night. There were no proper blankets provided for the sofa bed. The parking is 20 dollars per night, there is no wifi and no breakfast (included nor possible). Even without that, the hotel would be a bit expensive... No exhaust fan in bathroom. Very small room. dated everything- furniture, mattress, no elevator to level of room. I am not one to usually complain but the room I was given was extremely cold, there was a windy draft coming in from the balcony and the air conditioner unit was really loud and unsatisfactory.
