Excellent hotel overall. Kitchen area very easy to use and well stocked with cooking gear. Excellent proximity to lifts, great starage for skis, great Irish bar on first floor, great hot tub. The list goes on. Hard to improve on all the great features this hotel has. Cleaning service is far above average for any hotel at any price. Chose this hotel because of its prime location, opposite the gondolas that give access to mountain bike park. Stay in a room with mountain views. The staff are very attentive. The room is extremely clean, spacious and cozy. Definitely recommend this hotel.
all reviews » Great location. Nice sized rooms with a full kitchen. The front desk staff are all friendly and will do anything to make your stay great. They have a free shuttle that will take you around the area. We had a top floor suite with extra large window overlooking an amazing view of the mountain. Fabulous. Also you could lounge in the pool and hot tub and watch the downhill mountain bikers. Staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel were fantastic- probably the best I have experienced. Room was very well equipped and very comfortable. I will stay here again. Loved the one bedroom suite. We got complementary upgraded to a mountain view one bedroom suite. Couldn't have asked for a better more romantic room. Thanks Pan Pacific. They have amazing customer service, and everyone was super friendly. The price was an awesome value, I would definitely stay here again. The checkin staff were superb , I have never been so impressed with their knowledge of us and their recommendations . We were disappointed with the view from our room. We had requested a mountain view, but had to look sideways to see it. Our main view was of the town. As the hotel was quite quiet, we felt we could have been given a better located room. Coffee pot, Fan in Bathroom. Heating in our room took three days to fix. The ensuite bathroom didn't have a fan therefore it got too steamy when taking a shower and you couldn't ventilate after using the toilet. - in our queen suite we did not have blinds or curtains for the top part of the windows which meant the room never got very dark, making it pretty hard to sleep - the front desk person booked us on an ATV ride that was not for beginners so we had to cancel it and it was too late to book another trip so a whole day was wasted. studio was to small for 3 people even though they state room 2 -4 persons.

Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside offers the casual atmosphere of our own Irish pub, the Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub, always a favourite with locals and visitors alike. The Dubh Linn Gate is a family friendly pub and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, followed by live entertainment.

Guests can also enjoy dining in the privacy of their guest room or trying the Pacific Lounge located in Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre, a short walk away. Pacific Lounge offers a contemporary and comfortable setting where guests can marvel in the views of the majestic mountains through large floor to ceiling windows. The Pacific Lounge serves lunch and dinner and offers great cocktails and apres.

At both the Dubh Linn Gate and the Pacific Lounge our guests will have the convenience of signing their charges to their guest room.
