excellent location, very helpful staff, nice details (microwave, log fireplace, scented lotions in bath, unique shower!). location, cleanliness, price, staff, suite itself was nicely layed out, air conditioner worked well.Lovely staff, room small but very comfortable, convienent. the room. slow elevator, hot tub was way too cool both days. 1. Room could have had crockery and cutlery and a microwave. Less of the alcohol in the fridge and more space for milk, youghurt etc. 2. This is some thing that most hotels get wrong: hairdrier and mirror and chair should always be closely situated (and not in the bathroom, that is dangerous) so that drying hair is comfortable and easy.
