  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. The hotel itself is well appointed and felt more 4 star than 3. Queen beds were very comfortable and maid service excellent.

When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Close to the Main Street and within minutes of the sky train!!!
