I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always. I really appreciate that the Sheraton is taking the environment seriously and enabling us to hold to our principles as we stay in the hotel. Sheraton Vancouver Wall Center is an awesome place to stay in Vancouver. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Our room on the 15th floor was very spacious and comfortable. The fitness center and pool was great, water in the pool very nice. We stayed for two nights.

The hotel was superb. it stood majestically in the heart of Vancouver, rooms were clean, deco was very smart, and the beds were so comfortable, I really had a job to get up in the morning. The staff were polite and helpful and the hotel ideally located in town for access to transport, shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the sea front. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. A little pricey but if your willing to pay you get a lot. In a great location if u want to be right downtown. I loved the comfortable beds and the powerful shower. Nice clean room and good quality television. Sound proof walls and lovely view. The views from my room. Cleanliness of room the entire stay. Help with any questions from the staff. Location, location, location. Location was excellent - we could walk everywhere and we did - Gastown, downtown for dinner and breakfast - great view. Room on the 29th crook of the south tower oveooming the bay a d mountains, stu Ning King size bed very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helfpul. Use Yelp or some other reference for meal suggestions. Location was superb. Room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and very well located. In the middle of everything. Mainly location as easy and central for getting around on foot although right next to hospital and fire station so quite a few ambulance and fire station sirens through evening. Was a good location, right by all the restaurants and shopping area. location. Key boards in the business centre old and the one on the far left as you face the pcs was totally useless. I expected more. For breakfast we opted to go out on town. We found the prices in the cafe in the hotel on the high side. Parking is a bit expensive but it is nice to have underground parking even for our over height truck. Only limited amount of over heights available. Food little expensive... But still good food! Yummy!. Nothing. The food prices were rediculous compaired to what u get outta the meal. It was a very confusing hotel and not a lot of help for visitors. Underground parking was awefully expensive even if u weren't taking advantage of the valets. Internet reception was poor and I couldn't send out my mail. Don't think guests should have to pay $30.00 for parking overnight so I didn't bring a car, which was inconvenient. On 10/6 the lady at the Concierge Desk sold me tickets to the Vancouver Trolley Tours - no problem. But she also sold me a ticket for a Harbour Cruise which closed for the summer on 9/30. I'm getting my refund for the cruise. Everyone makes mistakes but she should have known better. I cost me a half-day of my trip just getting to the dock and then to find out the cruise was closed. Not a good thing! Fortunately, that was the only glitch in my trip. Everything was good. Was a bit shocked to see that the total/final cost was more than the letsbookhotel.com price due to taxes/fees + a random marketing fee of $30cad. My $999 total charge ended up at $1199. I checked in at one tower, and was sent to another without any help with my luggage. sauna not warm enough. That we didn't get to stay longer!!. I have stayed at the Sheraton many times but still find it a little pricey (hotel & valet). paying $30/night for parking. Room service pizza, not worth getting. $38+ extra for daily parking ($17 average in the downtown, good spot is behind the church across the street), $20/day extra for wifi internet faster than 1Mb/s — all this, well, looks a bit greedy for such a good hotel :). We had corner room and so we really had very little room left. Only prepaid option gives cheaper prices. no facility for self laundry. Visited for our anniversary and were given a lovely room on the 32nd floor with amazing views. I believe this was an upgrade. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the best sleep of our entire trip. We didn't want to leave but would definitely return to the Sheraton!. Most world wide Shertons do not charge for drinks in the Club Lounge. Lack of information on booking of layout - having to walk between the two towers. Very unfriendly initial contact on booking in (north tower) and on first day at breakfast in dining room. Why is it that lately everyone thinks that visitors that appaer to be foreigners have the right to pay through the nose. Expensive everything with a 35$ breakfast. And wine from the bar was 176% the price from a BC liquor store. We looked. sad. the bed was brutal..way to soft..need new beds please. The air conditioner cover fell on me i can't play sports for 3 weeks and they have my a poor discount. Unfriendly staff, clinical, cold feel of the hotel and tired rooms in the original tower. Rooms very basic no cups for coffee only cardboard designed for on the go. Room was small and oblong could not see tv from the bed. The bathroom also small had plastic tumblers and vary poor habit dryer dated.. The bed was extremely hard causing back pain. The ironing board old and again very small. Overall dated and very basic . The lobby informal and unwelcoming. No information given on arrival of any facilities, restaurant or leisure that they had. Room was not clean, looked like it was poorly cleaned. I woke up with red bumps all over my body! Never get those and never gotten them before! Also when my friend and I checked in they warned us for not making any noise, or any partying in the room! We were there for work, kind of disrespectful upon check in!. room arrangement. Room cleaner did not put body lotion to room after second day to stay. And room space is too small. Not good enough for more than 1 person.
