The beds were very comfortable, The rooms and hallways smelled fresh and clean, the pool was beautiful, The second floor patio was a beautiful place to sit and relax. All city centre locations could be easily walked. Sky train station only 800 metres from hotel so easy for airport. Rooms of good standard and helpful staff. Staff were friendly, also when dealing with a little credit card hassle. Location was excellent. Restaurants on Davie street are great value for money.

No problems whatsoever during the week. Liked everything. walls very thin, no fridge in room. neighborhood to the south was a bit sketchy. Eating Facilities Limited. Very noisy!!!!!!!!!. On arrival, there were no staff to help us with heavy luggage up the steep front stairs. The second floor stairs up to our assigned room were difficult to navigate with luggage - there should be a ramp to wheel luggage! The rooms are VERY dark and depressing color. was put on 2nd floor, toilette ran non stop, had to request another room, as per booking .com had promised "Higher room, mini bar", etc. got put into 6th floor. and they don't have mini bars in operation at this time. and the pool was closed for most of the stay. There is a significant number of people sleeping in the streets not far from the hotel I stayed in. The staff in the hotel is unfriendly and impolitely. And the hotel has poor policies for its staff to follow, the staff can make credit card transactions without informing in advanced. So be careful of your credit card details, otherwise, you will face additional charges. And the heating in the room is very noisy. service. Elevators very confusing due to addition of next bldg. Beds were hard as rock. Asked staff for a couple items, and they forgot about us 2X. The worst was we got into out room by 4:30 ( supposed to be 4:00), we had a family dinner to be at at 5:30pm with friends, but our luggage was in hotel storage and they were under staffed to get it to us until 5:30 pm. Over all terrible experience, will be communicating this to high management so there are learnings from this next time. Bathroom, you can hardly turn around, so small. Airco, you can't set it up. Noise, you hear all the traffic. At 4PM the room was still not made up after our return from a day in the city. Too expensive for what it is.
