My room and the extra services that the staff did. Like at night, theywould put on my pillow the temperature for the night and the next daywith a bottle of water free of charge.... Can you say wow!!!!!!!. The location was central to the downtown area and made walking to our destinations easy. Shopping was just steps away.Loved...the room, location of hotel, bed, large bathroom and hotel restaurant.

In a good location, near to all the main tourist areas so we walked pretty much everywhere. This is major building work which is going on, and will be going on for a long time still and people need to be aware so they can make an informed choice.The twin beds in the twin bed room are a bit small for me. Parking was expensive and not very efficient.Food good but prices quite expensive. However lots of alternative, more reasonably priced, good restaurants in the area. For sure till the end of 2008 a lot of noice because constructionworksjust beside the hotel. You have to book a room at the right site ofthe hotel!. such a small parking lot. If I had taken my truck I would not have been able to fit in it. room service food. doormens quality lacks uniformity. some of them very cordial and cheerfu but some of them seems not familiar to Canadian style of lifel. As at Sept 08, there are major building works going on in the building next door- work starts at 7.30am during the week and is very noisy. There is a letter in the room from hotel management apologising for htis noise, but it would have been good to know about it beforehand.
