From check in which was speedy, efficient and friendly to check out 3 days later we were very satisfied with this hotel. Beautiful surroundings, a touch of opulance throughout, and the sitting room with tv a bonus. We dined with friends in the Copper Chimney restaurant - excellent food and service. The location is very good. We will certainly return to this hotel. Central location. Warm, friendly reception, good well maintained room decor. nice staff, cosy hotel. nice atmosphere and friendly staff especially concierge called brett. Location. swiming pool is in the building next door i had thought hotel had own pool. The guests' attention and treatment is extremely bad in this hotel. Ihad a minor misunderstanding with my credit card when checking in, andthe front desk staff didn't solve it and what is more, they acted in avery unpleasant and rude manner. They even refused to give me acomplaint form. I haven't got any feedback from the complaint I finallywas able to submit.
