We were passing through Vancouver and the Hyatt was perfect for that. It was clean, comfortable and friendly. We'd stay there again if we were passing through Vancouver. It would also be good for a few days if you wanted to stay in Vancouver longer. Its a beautiful hotel with great facilities, central to shopping district, and with lovely, friendly, very helpful and polite staff. We had a great stay at both the beginning of our vacation and the end.

When I make another over-night trip to Vancouver, I would not hesitate to stay there again. Deluxe rooms with a view. Clean. Room size good. Had a fridge. Starbucks in lobby. Nice restaurant. King standard room was nice size, bed was really comfortable, rooms updated and clean, staff extremely nice, hotel in a great location close to shopping district and a short walk to the harbor. That we were right downtown and could walk to all of our destinations. There were good restaurants in our vicinity and the malls were handy. Location. It is in the great location , you can go crazy on your shopping and close to the main attraction such as convention center. I get free wifi from other hotels when I am on business? Also noise in hallway from doors closing could be heard in rooms at all hours not alot of sound proofing. No change rooms for pool. The shower was terrible! I have long hair and they had the rain water style shower head in the ceiling of the shower. Low water pressure took forever to rinse off and still felt like I wasn't quite clean. Walls were a little thin, could hear the people in the next room while trying to sleep. Coffee pot didn't have a basket so couldn't make a quick cup in the morning. Lots of pillows but not one thin enough for someone who prefers to stomach sleep. The pool was outdoors and being a cold night we didn't feel like going downstairs, through the gym then outside to get to the pool and hot tub. No complaints. In room coffee, tea service was not complete one tea bag no sugar or creamer internet was compt but it should have been free anyway you should not have to pay to hear music on the TV Over all it is a good hotel but is cheapened by petty charges. Nothing worth mentionning. This is not as much important but, because it rained the whole weekend we had returned back to our hotel early and decide to catch TV. There were not much variety with TV channels or movies to watch. The parking situation. My vehicle was tall and I was told it wouldn't fit. The next day it did fit, and it would be nice in the future if they knew ahead of time. Bathroom lighting. rate was a little high and why do i have to pay for wifi?. Lack of free wi-fi in the rooms. It's only available in the lobby. No Free Wifi In rooms. We had no complaints!. Long wait for elevators when convention was on. When I arrived they put me on double bed room, first night and they told me no king bed available till next day, I was too tired so I accept that. And they told me that would let me browse the internet free, but didn't tell me only the stander connection, which I connect to premium and charge me a five dollar. Charging for everything I have been at hotels were you get complementary water and internet, at rates way cheaper that the hyatt, I will look at options for future visits. First night of our stay was very noisy. People coming in late making way too much noise. Price of Parking very expensive. I I don't expect to have to pay for wi fi and use of business centre - also coffe maker was horrible and no provision of real milk and china mugs was cheap. That said everything else was great. Room was not properly prepared. Gum on rug was covered by hand towel. Looked like cleaning job had started but was not finished. Ironing board was bent and very hard to open. Parking is too expensive. staff were disappointing. No Smoking Rooms. the r5oom next to my room had 20 teens in it. i complained 2 times at 1 am and at 3 am. finally i wanted to leave . Having to pay for daily Internet in room = ridiculous Rental movies costing $17 to view These two annoyances alone would stop me from staying at a Hyatt again. Rooms are small for the price Found rooms to be rather impersonal and business-like Don't think it's fair to charge extra for Wi-Fi Did not like the fact that hotel tried to charge $28 for parking - if you do it yourself it's half the price. expensive parking. Very expensive WiFi - at the rates they charge it should be included.
