Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way. They even drive you in the bmw and took our bags to the cruise ship. Amazing party in the lounge after the Canucks vs Boston game. Met Luongo. The staff is amazing, the rooms are luxurious and high tech with tvs on the bathroom mirrors and little things like his and hers slippers. Very clean and a great hotel all around.

The mini bar prices could be slightly better. Nothing. The lounge on a Friday and Saturday was a total meat market for single woman and rich guys. We would have liked to hang out in the hotel, but opted to find other places to spent time. The live music is nice but the stone lobby made it very loud and hard to hear when checking in. Somewhat strange in such a nice hotel. It was are 20th anniversary , so it was a surprise to my wife and when i booked I Ask for a bottle of champagne in room up on arrival , it only get in the room like 2hrs late....oh well. The waiters at times intrude privacy while trying so hard to engage in chatter. But they are remarkable in service and attention. That room had no view .. Obviously rate on letsbookhotel.com doesn't cover the more expensive rooms. We would have liked a little more privacy, but I think that was caused by our mistake not the staff or hotel. We had a great time and will recommend it to our friends!. The rainy weather . . . lol. No indoor pool, gym was too small for the amount of people in it. Small Room. Paying for Internet. A bit pricey. amount of $ paid for that kind a room u could stay for three days at holiday inn which has better rooms and service with complimentary breakfast & free parking,this was a rip off ,not even close to a 3 *** hotel. very very disappointed.
