This is more of hostel than a hotel but it was extremely good for the price paid. The rooms, washrooms, and common areas were spotless. The room itself had a very comfortable bed with lots of storage space and if you bring an ethernet cable, you get free hi-speed internet (if you don't have a cable you can buy one at the front desk for $5). 1. The courtesy and the freindliness of the working staff. 2. The chance to keep ones luggage in the safe care of the hostel at the end of ones stay until departure. 3. The security. 4. Finally the little note of the detailed directions of how to get to the airport from the residence.

No the security was excellent and someone available 24/7 apart from that the friendliness and diversity of guest I would both stay there again and recommend it. The room is small but very comfortable, which is exactly what I want. Besides, the surroundings are beautiful as well. It is just good to tour around to see the Queen's Park, museums and other old buildings. Very nice located, friendly personel and ideal for businesstrips or students,especially when you have to consider the costs. Close to chinatown and the designerstores on Bloorstreet (walking distance). Location is very good. It is very close to Chinatown with tons of good (and cheap) restaurants. It is slightly more expensive than youth hostels, but at least you get to have your own room. Easy access to to street cars (trams) in front of the residence, which will lead to subway and bus stops. Downtown is really close and university environment is so clean and nice. Great location, very good room for the price. Air conditioning was great! Floor bathrooms very clean and accessible. I love the kindness of the University staff. Very clean, low allergen environment, common room with microwave, fridge, stove and TV. Laundry room convenient. Staff very nice. There should be replaceable trash bags for the room trash cans within arms reach. There was none. 2. There should be a similar note given to international comers of how to arrive at the residence, like it was given during departure. No one gave me a present or something for free the whole time I was there. So mostly I have to bring everything like the Internet cable, towel, toothbrush, etc.. But considering the clean room, good neighborhood and the price, it is totally ok. but for the travelers, they just need to do a research first to see what they need to bring by themselves. No Wi Fi in the building, but I know they are installing it at this moment. However, there is internet in every room but you'd better bring your own ethernet cable. No wifi. Internet available using cable. Bed was hard and the window opens but not all the way. Elevators are slow (need servicing) and the bathrooms need an overhaul (inefficient layout, bad water pressure, needs some work to modernize). Also each room needs wifi (it is being installed). for the price, this was perfect. I can't really say that anything was bad....we came down for a concert and got three rooms. We were all happy. N/A. No WiFi. Except for this, all is perfect. A mid aged lady staff was not cool on the day I checked in. Be careful when dealing with her. parking!!!!!. No wifi. No towels. It is difficult to live in. No room cleaning. every thing is Bad.....very poorly managed accomodation.
