They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. My main incentive to stay in this hotel was that the Airport Express stops 20 meters from the exit, Toronto coach terminal 200 meters, and it was at most 20 minutes leisurely walk from the most remore parts ... what people say » of the U.of T. campus. Otherwise, it was the only place downtown Toronto below 120$ a night for a room with an individual bathroom. Staff, both at the - Location, location, location. And price. The hotel across the street is 3x the price of Chestnut. The breakfast was as good as you can expect for a student residence cafeteria and plenty of it.
