The room was spacious, and there was a separation between the bedroom and the "living room" area. 2 HD TVs with many channels. The bathroom was divided to 2 - one room with toilet and shower/bath, and the other spacious sink area. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main attractions. I stayed in one of the deluxe suites on the 17th floor and was quite impressed with the spaciousness of the suite, beautiful layout and furnishings, exceptional cleanliness and above all, the stunning views of downtown Toronto. I will definitely return.

I will recommend the hotel to my friends & family. The location was great. It was very central to the activites tat we had planned in downtown Toronto. The rooms were very spacious. the gym was in good condition and the lobby was nice. Good comfortable rooms. The restaurant is a very good. Much cheaper than going out and eating in the surrounding restaurants. Location, Room Service, helpful staff at the front desk... Mr. Richard at the Bar/Restaurant is polite and appreciated. - Perfect Downtown Location - Spacious Suites - Comfortable setup for a family of 4. like the suites,great bed like the location room service for breakfast was great. I found that the concierge services to be lacking although it might have been due to the fact that it was the Thanksgiving weekend. Our duvet in our room was dirty. We removed it from the bed. The phone did not work and we had to troublesoot it and on our second night it was fine. Everything else was good. No Omlette in the Breakfast...to be ordered separately and told as $16 for one omlette (bit costly)...but they gave discount of $5 but still costly. We felt Omlette must be part of the buffet breakfast as experienced with other hotels... - Kitchinette missing some basic items (water kettle, toaster) - Small Lobby. we found the constant fan in the heating system made us feel cold. No criticism whatsoever. Overall very impressed with hotel. The room was described as having a mini kitchen - but it only had a microwave oven. The room rates are average based - fixed rates would provide comfort and certainty. No swimming pool. really early check out. put up settee very hard not to comfortable. The rates didn't match up to letsbookhotel.com. Nothing particular. Bath was too small and too shallow. Nothing. The hotel is dated with peeling wall paper and worn carpet. Toilet didn't flush well Water damage in shower Shampoo bottle was dirty Expensive hotel but room was not maintained as well as I would expect. I will never understand why a hotel will not allow you to check in early if your room is available and ready. Oh wait...... they will for $75.00. It does not incur any cost to the hotel and it creates a whole lot of good will to the guest. room was "tired". extra bedding was stained. room is described as a suite, but there were no plates, cutlery, etc. lack of waste receptacles in room. My reservation confirmation said breakfast was included. When I checked in and inquired about breakfast I was informed that breakfast was not included. the hairs in the tub when we checked in and the horribly uncomfortable bed and even more uncomfortable sofa bed.
