Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the time we walked up the front steps to the time we checked out. We had an issue with our room and it was dealt with quickly and with little fuss. The room we ended up staying in was lovely, very spacious and tastefully decorated. Hotel is in an excellent location and we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was helpful and courteous, the hotel bar makes an excellent dirty martini and our server was very very meticulate, the overall appearance of the hotel is quite grand.

It cost less than 100 euro per night, it absolutely puts irish hotels to shame. Proximity to attractions. The hotel was just gorgeous, rooms were kind of small, but lobby was absolutley stunning. A very enjoyable experience.While the room was clean and neat, I thought it to be very much overpriced. the breakfast. I was double billed for the room, as it was charged to both mine and my wife's Visa. Property is looking very tired - hallways are not very inviting - amenities in the room are well below standard and prices for extras are very high. I was extremely unimpressed with how the hotel staff handled their over booking rooms and for our "trouble" we were given two cots in subsitution for a queen size bed.
